Superior Vistas Bike Tour

The 17th Annual Superior Vistas Bike Tour (SVBT) will be held June 22, 2024 at Thompson’s West End Park, Washburn, WI and is brought to you by the Washburn Area Chamber of Commerce & North Coast Cycling Association.

Enjoy cruising gently rolling hills with views of Lake Superior and the surrounding countryside. Some routes will take you through parts of the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest. Routes available include a 13, 19, 34, 40, 52, and 70 mile loops, a century (100 mile) ride, a fat bike route and a NEW mountain bike route.

The roughly 8-mile long Ashwabay Loop, will take you on CAMBA single-track trails up Mt. Ashwabay where you will get a panoramic view of the Chequamegon Bay and the Apostle Islands. This is a great way to experience the event in a totally new way.

This is NOT a race! SVBT is a fully supported ride with route maps, support vehicles, and food/beverage stops en-route. Some routes overlap so you can decide to shorten or lengthen your ride as you wish.

“Biking across Chequamegon Bay has to be one of the coolest things I’ve ever done!”
